You can find Multiple products at $5 or less at Five Below Stores like trading cards, sports-related items, games, toys, fashion accessories, bath and body related items, candy, snacks, beverages, room decorations, school supplies and stationery, books, accessories for electronic devices, DVDs.
Five Below has over 700 stores in about 33 countries.

- The survey is Eligible only for the people above 18 years.
- There is no need to purchase required to participate in the survey.
- Survey Has to be taken within Seven Days of store visit to be eligible for the sweepstakes
- The winner may forfeit the prize if Five Below is unable to contact him or her in the first 7 days after winner announcement
- Participants of the FiveBelowSurvey must be legal residents of the United States of America or Canada where Five Below operates a brick-and-mortar retail store at the time of entry.
- Winners will have to show their ID proofs to collect the Gift Card/Sweepstakes.
- Employees of Five Below and their affiliates can’t take part in the sweepstakes.

Steps to take Fivebelow Survey Online
Before taking Online Survey to make sure you have your purchase receipt Handy.
- Visit Five Below Survey site at – https://www2.iccds.com/CS/Fb1 (You can find the survey link also on the purchase receipt)
- Now you have to select the Location and Store from the list after that enter your email address and click on NEXT button
- Once you enter the Survey you will require to answer some questions based on your last FiveBelow Store visit
- Answer all the questions and provide your valuable feedback
- At the end submit the form and finish the survey
NOTE – One (1) winner will be selected per month from all eligible entries within that month.
How to Enter the FiveBelow Survey Offline?
To enter without completing a survey, hand-print your complete name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, telephone number and email address (should you have one) onto a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it into a few ten envelopes to:

How Winners will be chosen every month?
- A separate drawing will be taken for every single Sweepstakes.
- One (1) winner will be selected each month at a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that month.
- Chances of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received in that Monthly Drawing period.
- Entries in one Monthly Drawing Period will not be carried over to subsequent sweepstakes.
