• To enter the survey you must have attained the age of majority in the province in which you reside
• The sweepstake not available to the employee, contractor, agent or representative of the
  Contest Administrator of the company
• For online survey entry, a purchase receipt will be required
• A Monthly Prize must be accepted as awarded and has no cash value. A Monthly Prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable and no substitution will be made except that the Contest Administrator
• The odds of winning a Monthly Prize in respect of any particular Month during the Contest Period are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during that particular month of the Contest Period.

Boston Pizza Sweepstake Reward

One (1) prize, consisting of one (1) $200 Boston Pizza gift card (each, a “Monthly Prize”), will be awarded in respect of each month during the Contest Period for a total of fourteen (14) Monthly Prizes during the Contest Period.

Steps to take Boston Pizza Survey

• The first step is to take out your recent Boston pizza survey receipt to get receipt/survey code which is printed on it.
• After that visit the official survey site which is – https://www.tellbostonpizza.com
• Now select the language and click on NEXT to continue
• Now you need to enter the survey code and server name (this is optional) and click on SUBMIT to start the survey
• Once you enter the survey provide your honest feedback and submit the answers which are asked
• At the end of the survey you will get a chance to enter Boston Pizza sweepstake

Enter the survey without making any purchase

To enter the Contest without a purchase, you must hand-write the the sentence “Please enter me in the Boston Pizza Sweepstakes for a chance to win a Monthly Prize.” on a sheet of paper on which you have hand-written your first name, last name, home  telephone number, full address (no PO Boxes accepted), email address, and mail it in a separate envelope with sufficient postage to:
