Strack & Van Til is a grocery store chain with locations in Northwest Indiana. The store was founded back in 1930, Meinhard Nissen and Ernie Strack in downtown Griffith, Indiana.

The Survey Contains a questionnaire that will make it possible for you to answer many unique kinds of queries, and to rate your general experience as well as specific departments, goods, and customer support and in return, you will get a chance to enter into their sweepstakes.

- Minimum age to enter the sweepstake is 18
- This sweepstake is open for the legal residence of the United States of America and D.C.
- Void in Florida, Rhode Island and wherever prohibited by law.
- Company employees and their affiliates can’t take part in this sweepstake
- Prizes are non-refundable and nontransferable
- Sweepstake reward cannot be redeemed for cash
- Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during the prior month.
- Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone
- Limit one prize per person/household. Prizes are non-refundable.

Steps to take SVY Survey
You can enter the survey by 2 methods:

- Now on the survey homepage from your register receipt or survey invitation, please enter the store location number and click on START to enter the survey (Note- For Online Survey Limit one (1) response per three (3) day period)
- Now once you enter the survey answer all the questions asked and rate your overall experience.
Enter For Free Without Making A Purchase
In this method Hand print your name, complete address, zip code, daytime telephone number, including area code, on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a #10 envelope to:
“SVT $500 Monthly GROCERY SWEEPSTAKES – Free Entry”, c/o Retail Feedback Group, P.O. Box 776, East Northport, NY 11731.
NOTE – One Prize winner will be selected each month in a witnessed random drawing from among
all eligible entries received during the prior month. Drawings will be conducted on or about the 1st day of each month (or the next business day) following each month (February 1, 2019, through January 1, 2020, or until the contest is ended by RFG, whichever occurs first), by RFG.
