Ray’s Survey Rules

  • Minimum age to enter the survey is 18
  • The survey is open to the legal residents of the United States of America or Washington D.C
  • A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.
  • Company employees and their affiliates are not eligible to take part in the survey.
  • Basic knowledge of English language is required
  • There is a limit of one (1) entry per survey and one (1) response per day.
  • Limit one prize per person/household. Prizes are non-refundable.
  • Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor
  • Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash

  • In this method, you need a recent purchase receipt of Ray’s store
  • After that visit the official survey site – https://rays.survey.marketforce.com
  • On the homepage to start the survey enter the survey code which is located on your survey receipt and click on START to enter the survey
  • Once your survey code will verify you will enter the survey
  • In the survey answer, the feedback questions asked and rate overall experience when required.
  • At the end submit the survey form and enter the sweepstake area

Take the survey by Mail

In case if you want to enter for Free Without Making A Purchase then Handprint your name, complete address, zip code, daytime telephone number, including area code, on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a #10 envelope to:
