- Your age must be minimum 13 at the time of filling the survey
- A purchase receipt is required to enter the survey code
- A working internet connection is also required to enter the survey
- You can take only one survey per day
- Same Validation Code can’t be redeemed multiple times
- Validation coupon is non-transferrable and can’t be converted in cash

How to take Chequers survey feedback?
The steps are very easy and only take a few minutes to complete the survey.
NOTE – The survey process and platform of Chequers and Houlihans are same. So maybe if you proceed to the chequers survey website you will find that Houlihan’s survey portal.
- Make your purchase receipt ready before taking the survey
- Now visit the official chequers survey site at chequersfeedback.com
- On the homepage enter the code number printed on your survey invitation and click on START to enter the survey
- In the survey kindly answer survey and feedback questions and rate your overall experience honesty. It will help the company to know more about in which area improvement is required.
- Once you finish the survey submit the survey form and you will get your validation code at the end.
