Actually, both are different companies and they are serving different geographic areas with Checkers serving the Southeast and Rally’s serving the Midwest. In August 1999 Checkers and Rally’s merged with headquarter in Tampa, Florida. Its widely spread across all over the major states in the US.

- On the survey site enter the following details as asked:
- 4-Digit Store Number
- Date
- Check number (Given in the receipt as shown in the figure)
- Now click on START button to enter the survey
- Now provide your feedback and answer the questions asked in the survey
Take the Survey By Mail
To take the survey without any purchase You need to hand print your name, complete address, telephone number and date of birth on a postcard and mail to the below-given address:
