- The Bonefish Grill Customer Survey Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico
- Minimum age to enter the survey is 18
- There are 2 ways to enter the sweepstakes: Online & By Mail
- There is no limit to the number of times you may enter online or by mail, however, each online entry must have a different survey code and each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.
- Winners will be notified by telephone and/or postal mail
- Void outside of Eligibility Area and where prohibited
- Bloomin’ Brands Gift card can’t be converted in cash

Steps are very simple
- For an online survey, you will require a purchase receipt
- Now visit the official survey site at – bonefishexperience.com
- Now enter the 18 digit survey code located on your the bottom of the survey receipt and click on START survey
- Once you enter the survey you will be asked to respond to several questions regarding your most recent experience at the restaurant,
- After that to enter the sweepstakes you need to provide your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the survey code printed on the guest check.
Enter the survey By Mail
Handprint your name, complete address, telephone number and date of birth on a postcard and mail via first class mail to:

Sweepstakes Random Drawing
nine (9) random drawings will be conducted, each on or about the 10th day of the month following
the close of an Entry Period, the first being on May 10, 2019, and the last on January 10, 2020.
