  • Now read the rules and survey policy given in the survey page
  • Scroll down and enter the Survey code which is given on the survey receipt.
  • Answer all the questions asked in the survey and submit the form
  • After submitting the form you will be provided all the information regarding Sweepstakes reward

Enter the survey by Mail

You can also enter the survey without a purchase also. But for that

hand-print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number on a 3” X 5” paper and mail it in a business-size (#10) envelope with proper postage affixed to:
